Ryan Hughbanks is a farmer and rancher and talented craftsman and puzzle box designer from Nebraska, USA. in 2019 whilst searching online for a project that would challenge and hopefully improve his skills he came across puzzle boxes.
After dismissing them at first, pictures of Stickman puzzle boxes kept showing up in his searches and intrigued he started to research and then design and build his own for a nieces birthday. The rest is history as he was instantly hooked.
He sought out Jesse Born for guidance and was given some great advice. He remade one with some small changes and went public with his Side Swiper box on Instagram.
